How to read a Fare Matrix, if you find one
- Look for the vehicle's Fare Matrix (usually posted near the driver or entrance, if present).
- Find the distance bracket that best matches your trip.
- Read the regular fare shown for that bracket.
- Enter that regular fare below.
- Fare Rights calculates your category's discount automatically.
Many vehicles don't have a visible or up-to-date matrix — this step is optional. The GENERAL FARE REFERENCE above works without it.
